How to play a Stormholt mystery

Make room for an evening

Choose one of the three opening cases. Each costs €9.90 and includes English, Dutch, German and French PDFs for 1–4 players. Allow approximately 60–90 minutes.

1. Download your language. After payment, download the matching ZIP and extract its files.
2. Open the player casebook. Keep the separate solution book closed. Read on screen or print the pages; have a pencil and notebook ready.
3. Meet the people. Read the opening story and character backgrounds before making accusations.
4. Follow six connected discoveries. Work in order. Carry each result into the next question, compare the labelled evidence images and explain your reasoning to your fellow players.
5. Use a hint if needed. The solution book has gentle and stronger hints. You control the pace.
6. Make your final report. Name the responsible person and explain the evidence before opening the ending.

No outside research or game master is needed. The paid casebooks are PDFs; they do not include an interactive online player. More questions?
